What The Lab is
The Lab is a creative studio web app by Twin Vision Studios. Free entry gives you a daily allowance of studio generations. Membership ($15/month or $99/year) gives you unlimited access to every room. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Your membership and access key
After checkout you receive a personal access key. It unlocks The Lab on any device for as long as your membership is active. Your key is yours alone — please don't share or resell it. If you lose it, email create@twinvisionstudios.digital from the email you paid with and we'll send it to you.
Billing and cancellation
Memberships renew automatically — monthly plans each month, annual plans each year — until you cancel. Cancel any time from the Manage / cancel link on your Membership screen inside The Lab; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for, and you keep access until then. No cancellation fees, ever.
Refunds
If The Lab isn't for you, email create@twinvisionstudios.digital within 14 days of your first charge and we'll refund it in full — no questions, no hoops. Renewal charges aren't automatically refundable, but write to us and we'll be reasonable people about it.
Your privacy
At the free door we ask for your name and email — we use them to greet you and, occasionally, to send studio notes. We don't sell your information or share it with advertisers, full stop. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe under their own privacy policy. The Lab stores your access on your own device; we keep only what's needed to run your membership (your email, your key, and your subscription status).
Want your information removed? Email create@twinvisionstudios.digital and we'll delete it.
Fair use
The free tier and membership are for a person, not a script. We may limit accounts that abuse the studio's AI generation or attempt to disrupt the service. Work you create with The Lab's tools is yours to use for your own projects and promotion.
The unavoidable part
The Lab is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it running well, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service and aren't liable for indirect damages; our total liability is capped at what you've paid us in the past 12 months. These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. We may update these terms as the studio grows — the date above will always tell you when.
